What the Job Entails:
On-boarding new* customers Outside Sales - cold calling
Maintenance of onboarded customers
Meet with Customers online/in person
Attend all Office and Team meetings
Problem Solving on the fly
Managing Suppliers
Collaborating with Team members
Price, quote, and book Shipments
Track and Monitor shipments

Compensation:
Starting Base range $40,000.00 - $50,000.00. After 4-6 months (evaluated) Transition into a high % Commissions Structure.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 2+ years experience in Outside Sales or Industry Knowledge
Excellent communication skills - English (oral and written) additional languages are always a bonus!
Knowledge and experience in using the following : Computer, Laptop, Microsoft 365, Outlook/Email, Smart phone, TMS, CRM, Teams, and load boards.
Customer-first-mindset with Exceptional customer service
Self-Motivated, punctual, and a Team player
Able to prioritize in a high volume/ fast paced environment
Excellent Time Management
