About the Role


What the Job Entails:
On-boarding new* customers - Outside Sales 
Maintain Accounts and Meet with Customers online/in person 
Attend all Office and Team meetings 
Problem Solving on the fly 
Managing Suppliers & Negotiating 
Collaborating with Team members to provide excellent customer experience and service
RFP and RFQs​

Compensation:
Starting Base range $55,000.00 - $65,000.00. Following a 3-4 month review; Transition into a Commissions structure.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  1. Minimum of 3+ years experience in 3PL Sales Position 

  2. Experience in Building a Book of Business, Commissions 

  3. Ability to close 2- 4 new accounts on average, monthly 

  4. Excellent communication skills - English (oral and written) additional languages are always a bonus!

  5. Knowledge and experience in using the following : Computer, Laptop, Microsoft 365, Outlook/Email, Smart phone, TMS, CRM, Teams, and load boards.

  6. Customer-first-mindset with Exceptional customer service 

  7. Self-Motivated, punctual, and a Team player 

  8. Able to prioritize in a high volume/ fast paced environment 

  9. Excellent Time Management
